The facilities are great and clean with secure parking and close proximity to shops and attractions. Ideal for museum lovers and perfect for families needing space.
Heating could be ineffective during colder times which may affect comfort levels indoors. There were occasional issues with sound insulation on the premises.

i almost gave a glowing review, but really couldn’t overlook the musty odor that greeted me in the apartment and the strange lack of privacy with windows facing the parking lot. i deserved a complimentary room upgrade at the very least, but obviously they prioritize other guests. disappointment is an understatement.

Warm and comfy stay!
We had a lovely time in our one-bedroom suite. The place was cozy, with the heaters on when we arrived, which was a nice touch! Loved the full kitchen and laundry facilities—really came in handy. The only thing was the bathroom felt a bit cramped, but overall, it was a great experience!

We had a good time in our four-bedroom townhouse. there was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially enjoyed cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen, although it lacked some essentials. However, the noise from the busy street was a slight drawback. Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the location near the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore Wellington with our family and two dogs. The rooms were surprisingly well-equipped, even with the basics like a washing machine and dryer, which was super handy.
My wife says that the main bed could use an upgrade.
